Yes, our Adoption Requirements are:

1. Basic Rabbit Care Knowledge: We require that all prospective adopters have a foundational understanding of rabbit care. This includes knowledge of proper diet, habitat, and health care. Our team is happy to provide resources and guidance to ensure you’re fully prepared to welcome a rabbit into your home.

2. Spay/Neuter: All rabbits available for adoption from Bouncing Bunny Burrow are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. This helps ensure their health and prevents unwanted litters.

3. Safe and Suitable Environment: We assess potential homes to ensure they provide a safe and suitable environment for our rabbits. This includes a proper living space, secure housing, and appropriate enrichment.

4. Commitment to Lifelong Care: Adopting a rabbit is a long-term commitment. We seek adopters who are prepared for the responsibility of caring for a rabbit for its entire life, which can be 8-12 years or more.

5. Home Visit (if applicable): Depending on your location and circumstances, a home visit may be conducted to ensure that your living environment meets our standards for rabbit care.

6. Adoption Fee: An adoption fee may be required to help cover the cost of medical care and other expenses. This fee is essential to support our ongoing rescue efforts.
